By accessing freshdrive.click or purchasing courses from FreshDrive Oratory (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.

3. Course access

Self-paced courses grant individual, non-transferable access.
Live and hybrid sessions may be recorded for quality and cohort continuity where permitted.
We may update or retire content to improve quality.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD. Where applicable, taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, purchases are refundable within 7 days if less than 20% of the course is completed. Cohort seats are refundable up to 72 hours before the first live session.

5. Acceptable use

Do not share account credentials or redistribute course materials.
Do not disrupt cohorts or harass participants.
Do not use content to create misleading or harmful claims.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by FreshDrive Oratory or its licensors. You receive a limited license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial learning.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content without guarantees of specific outcomes. Public speaking results vary by individual effort and context.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or courses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
